What we are looking for: Reporting to the Senior Ticketing and Retail Executive you will be collating and despatching hospitality packages for Royal Ascot and Ascot Racedays. This is a full time temporary role working 5 days a week from 24 March 2025 to 21 June 2025 inclusive. You will also be required to work the raceday on Saturday 10 May. What you’ll be doing We have 21 fine dining facilities during Royal Ascot and between 1 and 5 fine dining facilities on any Ascot raceday in addition to our sublet private boxes; all of which are fulfilled and despatched in-house. Using the Outbox booking system you will provide support for the Senior Ticketing and Retail Executive (STRE) in the lead up to the Royal Meeting. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provide all Royal Ascot Fine Dining and Private Box ticket production, packing and fulfilment in an efficient and timely manner Liaise with the STRE and the badge writing team to ensure that Royal Enclosure badges are written up correctly and dispatched along with the other elements of the package. Working with the Sales team, to ensure any special requests and requirements are adhered to. Ensure stock levels of all hospitality collateral are kept on top of and any low stock items are reported to the STRE Ensure all badges / collateral of value is secured at the end of each working day and stock kept properly. Manage hospitality collections in the Ticket Offices on Racedays including Saturday 21 June. Due to the nature of this role, please note that extended lengths of leave will not be approved in the months of May and June.
