Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting trend analysis, and reporting on contract performance.
Your primary focus will be on identifying areas for improvement and introducing effective containment and improvement actions. You will also monitor the success of these solutions, ensuring continuous enhancement of operational, safety, financial, and commercial aspects of the contract.
As the Performance & MI Coordinator, your ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the overall contract performance.
This all-encompassing role requires a proactive and analytical mindset, with a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the contract.
Please note that due to the nature of the contract, full SC clearance is required and is a condition of a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities
1. Work closely with Site Leads and support wider teams to help develop processes, procedures, and systems and drive performance improvement
2. Keep up to date knowledge of systems and processes and demonstrate and encourage accountability to ensure there is no risk of funding claw-back by the customer
3. Work with teams to better understand local priorities and support with implementation of robust processes and procedures
4. Support managers with other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required, for example: contacting helpdesk, Site Managers, Suppliers, data gathering and manipulation, following up evidence documentation
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
5. Qualifications or certifications to demonstrate minimum level 2 in English and Maths or higher level relevant to the job role (data, administration, business studies, etc) or considerable experience in the sector with industry certifications gained in the workplace
6. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
7. Meticulous attention to detail
8. Ability to work with a variety of information data sets, and systems for data administration processes
9. Has experience of working with various system and associated MIS
10. Has experience of working in compliance and support
11. Ability to work well as part of a growing team and a changing environment
