Looking for a Personal Assistant for our client in London preferably in the retail/fashion industry. Location - London (mostly 5 days onsite based) Contract role - Inside IR35 Purpose: Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to (VP, Visual Merchandising), VM team, and the Architecture team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and acts on behalf of the executive in agreed areas when needed. Key Responsibilities: Extensive diary and agenda management across time zones First point of contact for the leadership team Processing expenses in line with company policy Raising purchase orders and managing invoices Booking travel and preparing trip itineraries Handling IT and maintenance queries General office administration Assisting with presentation and document preparation Event coordination (e.g., team meetings, global townhalls) Providing support to wider team members as required Profile Requirements: Previous experience supporting senior leadership as a PA Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Familiar with travel/expense systems (e.g., Concur) Comfortable using VC tools (e.g., Skype, WebEx, Teams) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Professional, discreet, and proactive Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm under pressure, adaptable, and detail-oriented A true team player Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
