The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth in the UKI region by increasing adoption of our Messaging revenue line (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) and upselling salons to higher-tier packages. You’ll develop targeted marketing campaigns that showcase the value of new features, generate sales leads, and help salons maximise our platform.
A key focus will be growing messaging revenue through strategic marketing initiatives, free trials, and data-driven optimisation. You’ll ensure that feature marketing aligns with the unique needs of UKI salon businesses. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, leveraging data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness, generate sales leads, and encourage package upgrades.
* Run targeted campaigns to increase adoption of Messaging and other key features.
* Implement and optimise free trials to showcase feature value and drive conversions.
* Use data insights to track performance and refine marketing strategies.
Feature Marketing & Cross-Team Alignment
* Collaborate with Global Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing strategies align with UKI salon needs.
* Partner with Product to identify key customer segments and feature adoption triggers.
* Coordinate with Global Marketing to align customer communications timing.
* Develop promotional content to drive feature adoption and package upgrades.
* Tailor messaging to address salon owners' challenges and business goals effectively.
Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp) Revenue Growth
* Analyse UKI market data to identify revenue opportunities for Messaging.
* Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive messaging adoption and revenue, including free trials to showcase value.
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and improve results.
* Use performance metrics to optimise messaging, enhance customer engagement, and maximise ROI.
Customer Engagement & Retention
* Use insights from UKI salon owners to personalise marketing and improve customer experience.
* Experiment with A/B testing, segmentation, and automation to optimise engagement.
* Gather customer feedback to enhance messaging and future campaigns.
Who You Are
* 3+ years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of creating and executing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
* Proven expertise in SMS marketing, email marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
* Excellent copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to craft compelling, conversion-focused content.
* Experience with customer segmentation, personalisation, and marketing automation tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and optimise campaigns for measurable impact.
* Collaborative team player with experience working across marketing, sales, and product teams.
* In-depth knowledge of the UKI industry is highly preferred.
