Your role: Collaborate with the Service Line Lead and Senior Director to strengthen the MEP services in alignment with the agreed growth strategy. Ensure the successful delivery of TDD, dilapidations, and project monitoring within the UK business, working alongside the established MEP team. Acquire the necessary skills to integrate Energy, Carbon, or sustainability assessments into the TDD process. Foster strong relationships with existing clients, as well as in-house building surveyors and project managers. Drive individual financial performance to meet agreed targets while managing personal project pipelines and resources effectively. Enhance and expand the existing sustainable and profitable service offering. Technical report writing. Site inspections. Client meetings. Key Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications Degree in an engineering systems-related field, or equivalent qualifications, career experience, or on-the-job learning. At least three years of post-qualification experience. Incorporated Building Services Engineer (or similar equivalent certification). Strong communication skills, particularly in client interactions. Solid understanding of the commercial aspects involved in providing TDD advice. Proven experience in inspecting and reporting on the condition of engineering services installations. Ability to independently manage workload and coordinate necessary resources. Innovative thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
