This vacancy is open to those who have a current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse or Midwife in the UK, or those who are currently enrolled on a course which means they expect to receive their full NMC PIN within the next 3 months. Please note an NMC PRN PIN is not a full NMC PIN and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role.
The NCA can no longer accept applications from International Nurses and Midwives who are yet to complete all competencies needed to receive a full NMC PIN to practice in the UK as we have paused our OSCE programme indefinitely. We recognise that many people find interviews daunting, and the conventional interview approach often impacts performance on the day. We are therefore piloting sending interview questions to candidates in advance.
This vacancy is within one of our pilot areas; therefore, if you are invited for interview, you will receive your interview questions in advance of your interview date. Feedback on this process will also be requested to help our teams understand and evaluate your recruitment experience.
