Regional Supported Living Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Supported Living Manager to lead and oversee multiple supported living services across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals with complex care needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage multiple supported living services to ensure high-quality care and support for service users
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
* Manage and supervise a team of care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to provide high-quality care
* Collaborate with other teams, including healthcare professionals and social workers, to ensure seamless care and support
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
**Requirements**
* A full UK driving license is essential for this role
* A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with complex care needs
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
