Job Title: Administration Officer Location: Salisbury Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team in Salisbury, providing vital support to our business operations and the Senior Management Team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administration and HR-related tasks. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing secretarial and administrative support to Directors and the Management Team Coordinating general office administration and HR documentation for the Salisbury site Handling recruitment admin, including liaising with agencies and onboarding new starters Managing temp staff administration—timesheets, agency liaison, and invoice processing Organising staff health screenings and supporting the appraisal process Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings Assisting with litigation claims and insurance correspondence Maintaining personnel files, vehicle records, and ensuring compliance with data protection Generating purchase orders and managing office supplies, including negotiating with vendors Providing cross-departmental admin support during leave or peak periods Assisting with company projects and eventsWhat We’re Looking For: Proven experience in an administrative role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismWhy Join Us?
