Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Location: Leeds – Hybrid – With some travel
Elevation recruitment group is working with a large dynamic and fast-growing organisation dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the high-volume recruitment needs through innovative hiring strategies, including assessment centres.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring needs, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Design, plan, and facilitate assessment centres to evaluate candidates effectively.
* Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job fairs, online job postings, and networking.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.
* Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to track applications and manage talent pipelines.
* Pre-screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a large fast-paced environment.
* Strong expertise in organising and conducting assessment centres.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
