I'm working alongside a leading Law Firm, with offices across the country, looking to expand their IT team with a new 2nd Line Support Engineer. The company is always expanding, after doubling their IT and Solution Delivery Team last year, they are in the process of doing the same this year! It's a very exciting time to join. With great opportunities for progression, their last Service Desk Analyst went onto working as part of their Cyber Security team. There is also the chance to move up into the 3rd Line team, or even step into a management role. Whatever it is, I'm sure they'll be happy to help you pursue your career goals!
We are looking for a personable individual with good stakeholder management skills, it would be great if you have experience in the Legal Sector but it's not essential. You'll be stepping in to a 2nd Line role, with your HQ as Guildford with travel to Reading and sometimes London so it would be preferable if you have a driving license.
