As our ProcessImprovement Officer you are responsible for developing,implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)to meet industry standards and regulations, ensuring alignment withthe company's strategic goals. You establish and monitor qualitycontrol procedures to guarantee products and services meet requiredstandards. You lead Business Management Reviews, report to seniorstakeholders, and facilitate quality investigations and audits. Youensure quality documentation is in place, identifying waste anddriving improvements. You also deliver training on qualitypractices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Additionally, you maintain detailed compliance records andcollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet qualitystandards.

You have provenexperience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliancewithin the social housing sector, along with expertise in qualitymanagement systems and techniques. Your strong communication andinterpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively withstakeholders, while your excellent problem-solving and analyticalabilities help you address challenges. You can manage multipleprojects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, youalso have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and experience with ISO 9001accreditation.
