Tired of Being Overloaded? Join Us and Find Balance
Are you feeling overwhelmed by high-volume workloads and under-supported caseloads in your current role? It’s time for a change. At this firm, they understand the challenges you’re facing and believe you deserve a role where you’re valued, supported, and given the tools to thrive.
What’s different here?
At this well-established regional but local law firm, they are committed to your well-being and professional growth. They offer a supportive, close-knit team that works collaboratively, so you’ll never feel like you’re on your own. With manageable caseloads and an experienced team behind you, you can finally enjoy the balance you’ve been missing.
Your role
As an experienced Conveyancer, you’ll have the opportunity to manage a full range of residential conveyancing matters—but without the stress of being stretched too thin. You’ll handle everything from flats and houses to new builds, providing expert legal advice to clients and building relationships with local stakeholders. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a team that values open communication and collaboration.
Why this is the right move for you
You’ve worked in high-pressure environments, managing files independently while juggling multiple clients. But what if you could have the autonomy to manage your caseload, along with the support you’ve been missing? Here, you’ll find a balance between independence and teamwork, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service without being overwhelmed.
What you’ll get
At this firm, they offer more than just a job—here you are offered a real career.
With a competitive salary of up to £45,000, plus a target-driven but most importantly achievable bonus scheme, you’ll be rewarded for your hard work. You’ll also enjoy 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a flexible working arrangement that lets you split your time between the office and home. Finally, some breathing room!
They also offer enhanced sick pay and maternity/paternity benefits because they believe in looking after their people. The pension scheme includes death-in-service benefits, and you’ll even earn extra holiday time with years of service. Plus, with opportunities for regular development and the potential to manage your own assistant as your caseload grows, you’ll have clear pathways to advance your career.
Make the change
If you’re ready to leave behind the stress of unmanageable caseloads and join a firm that puts your well-being and growth first, this is the place for you. Apply today, and take the next step towards a more fulfilling and balanced career.
