Manager Biosecurity & Emergency Services As the Manager of Biosecurity and Emergency Services you will lead a team of invasive species, animal biosecurity and emergency response experts in the Greater Sydney Local Land Services region. Your team are passionate and highly experienced and provide invaluable services and advice to our landholders and communities. Your role will be to support and guide your team to effectively build and manage service delivery initiatives, including performance against financial and delivery KPIs. This role will be part of the Greater Sydney Leadership Team responsible for providing strategic advice to the General Manager and Greater Sydney LLS Board. This role offers : Temporary to 31 st July with possible/probable extension and permanency An attractive salary range of $145,378.00 to $168,130.00 per annum super Negotiable work location within the Greater Sydney region from our offices in Penrith or Gosford Flexible work arrangements within the region, including work from home options (maximum 2 days per week) A professional workplace in one of NSW Government’s most effective agencies Key Requirements Tertiary qualifications in a discipline relevant to the management of biosecurity and/or equivalent experience in leadership and management of services in a primary industries or emergency management sector Strong people leader skills that foster excellent team dynamics with the ability to innovative, problem solve and be agile in a quickly changing work environment.
