We are working with a highly successful and fast-growing retailer who are looking for a Senior Ladieswear Buyer to join their dynamic team.
The Senior Ladieswear Buyer will spearhead the development of on-trend, commercial ranges.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing new strategies aimed at overall improving ranges
* Regularly review products and range plans, and ensure there is cohesion across departments
* Working closely with factories overseas and negotiating cost prices
* Working with the merchandising team to manage budgets and monitor sales
* Plan and build commercial ranges
* Attend sign off meetings, trade meetings, and present ranges
* Carry out extensive trend research, and attending comp and inspiration shopping trips
Qualifications:
The Senior Ladieswear Buyer will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and trading commercial fashion ranges and a passion for trends.
