You're proficient in maintaining vehicle stock and paperwork for time, materials, and service orders. What the Job Involves: The role requires undertaking diverse joinery repairs, maintenance, and installations across housing stock, schools, and public buildings, interpreting design specifications and resolving on-site technical issues. You'll maintain optimum vehicle stock levels and operate within an appointment system, ensuring timely submission of worksheets. Your duties extend to participating in out-of-hours repair services on a rota basis and supporting multi-skilling tasks under Derby Homes agreements. Additionally, you'll ensure PPE maintenance, participate in staff briefings, comply with health, safety, environmental, and equality policies, and provide induction and mentoring to new employees.
