My client is a highway maintenance company based in South Mimms, just outside of Potters Bar.
Your new role
To review and process abnormal load movements within the NH East region and support the HUB with administration duties as required.
* Managing the incoming abnormal load requests and populating the details into a purpose-built system or escalating where necessary.
* Answering queries from both internal and external stakeholders via telephone and email.
* Help to ensure the smooth running of the HUB by assisting where required.
* Assist HUB manager in the process of purchase ordering and stock management.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Offices.
* Proven experience in Administrative positions.
* A driving licence and access to a vehicle due to location.
* A positive and collaborative attitude.
