At Emixa, we’re looking for a Group Branding, Marketing & Communication Manager who doesn’t just make our brand visible, but brings it to life. Someone who can build and communicate a compelling strategic story in a fast-paced international environment. You ensure that marketing drives growth – not with empty slogans or campaigns for the sake of campaigning, but with content that resonates. And delivers.
What will you do?
You will develop and own a future-oriented brand & marketing strategy, facilitate the regional marketing and take care of group communication claiming Emixa as a leading digital transformation partner in Europe. You’ll bring the brand to life through practical, impactful execution where you facilitate the regional teams in their execution. You are the difference between simply communicating and truly making an impact.
Your responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the global branding, marketing & communication strategy, aligned with our portfolios and regional needs.
* Build and lead a strong central marketing team that builds the Emixa brand and supports regional teams in their local execution.
* Work closely with Sales, Practice Leads, and Regional Directors to ensure marketing is aligned with commercial goals.
* Ensure a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all digital and physical channels.
* Manage external collaborations with agencies, media, and PR, and create communication programs that truly connect.
* Develop thought leadership and employer branding strategies that strengthen visibility, trust, and talent attraction.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional with both vision and execution power. Someone who thinks in opportunities but stays grounded. You know how to engage people, provide direction, and make confident choices – with practical strategies, not one-size-fits-all solutions.
* At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing & communication, preferably in consultancy or digital transformation.
* A successful track record in leading international marketing teams, with sensitivity to cultural and market differences.
* The ability to connect marketing strategy to commercial objectives and act as a strong partner to sales.
* Deep experience in brand positioning, demand generation, stakeholder management, and change.
* A data-driven mindset and familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
* A coaching leadership style: you bring clarity, structure, and focus – and make sure things get done.
