About the Role :
Due to our continued growth, NRW Holdings has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join our busy Recruitment team located in our Belmont head office. Reporting to the Lead Recruiter, you will be a highly organised individual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering to deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements :
* Previous experience in high volume mobilisation tasks - such as medical and course bookings along with coordinating NRW and client inductions necessary for mobilisations
* Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently within a team environment
* Experience with ERMS and Pegasus systems are highly desirable
* A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
* A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
* A proactive approach when engaging internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities :
* Assisting with the onboarding process of new employee mobilisations to ensure they are conducted in accordance with each project’s requirements
* Working closely with Recruitment Advisors, Management and Project Teams throughout the onboarding process to provide support and guidance as required
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
