Our client is a leading leisure trust, which operates leisure facilities in Essex. They are currently looking to recruit a part-time Membership/Collections Administrator to join their team. The role is a part-time position of 20 hours per week.
As a Membership/Collections Administrator for Impulse Leisure, you should ideally have previous experience working with direct debit, standing order, BACS system, or data entry. You’ll also need to demonstrate excellent organisational, timekeeping, and interpersonal skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
The role will include:
1. Ensuring the membership database is maintained accurately.
2. Completing BACS collections within the relevant timescales.
3. Providing an efficient and effective first point of contact for membership account-related queries.
