Job Description
Job Title: Product Support Specialist (Software)
Location: Near Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Work Arrangement: On-site 2-3 days per week
Experience:
1. Assist customers in effectively using the newly implemented software product.
2. Conduct training sessions and courses to educate customers on software functionalities.
3. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
4. Knowledge of software products.
5. Experience within the Manufacturing/Logistics industries is preferable.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Product Support Specialist, Software Product Admin, Super User / Admin, preferably in a software environment.
2. An understanding of software functionalities and troubleshooting.
3. Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
4. Training or instructional experience is a plus.
5. The ability to produce documentation/help guides is helpful.
