Job Title : Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Admin Location : Peterborough, 2-3x days per week Salary : £60,000 - £70,000 Working Hours : 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm Our client is undergoing a major IT transformation, a massive scale transition to Salesforce. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to play a pivotal role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the platform during the transition in 2025 and beyond. They're also one of the first businesses in their industry to move to Salesforce - so it's a truly unique setting Responsibilities: Perform routine admin functions, including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, and permission sets. Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades. Act as a level of support for a large and growing user base. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools. Automate business processes using Salesforce tools. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and functionality. Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery. Requirements: Current Salesforce Administrator certification. Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including supporting a large user base. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
