We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at {company}. This established business has developed a strong reputation for quality and service over 50 successful years, specialising in construction, renovations, and fit-outs for public and private sector clients.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will develop accurate cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation to ensure the success of each project. You'll take charge of managing contracts, valuations, and final accounts, maintaining smooth financial operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Additionally, you'll offer expert cost advice while building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and project success.
Projects are varied, such as student accommodations, warehousing units, residential buildings, or manufacturing facilities, and can include Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop accurate cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
* Manage contracts, valuations, and final accounts
* Offer expert cost advice to clients
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
* Mechanical, electrical or Plumbing experience would be a bonus
* Strong understanding of JCT contracts
