The role To be the key point of contact for our treasury function, assisting both internal and external clients with any banking and card related issues. Providing a professional service in assisting with banking processes. Responsibilities Responsibilities to include, but not be restricted to: Principal point of contact for relationship with external financial services providers including business banking, card services and foreign exchange platforms Administration of banking and FX online platforms, including user privileges and applications for new accounts required for corporate and client use Administration of card services platform, including applications for new users and renewal of expiring accounts Handle payment investigations, working alongside the banking professional services team to ensure any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally Communicate changes in banking procedures, regulations or alerts to the wider team and clients as appropriate Assist with KYC enquiries in relation to banking requirements To assist other colleagues as may be deemed necessary Processing high volume of supplier payments in an organised and professional manner Person, skills, and knowledge Specification Previous banking or Accounts Payable experience desirable Experience of processing multi-currency transactions desirable Ability to work with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook etc Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise in a professional manner with both internal and external clients Accuracy, diligence and attention to detail is an important skill required for this role Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Ability to manage own workload and communicate with management where capacity issues exist.
