Due to continued success and growth, our Client, a leading, multi-site, manufacturing organisation, wishes to recruit a new HR Officer. This is a new, permanent HR Generalist role and the successful HR Officer will work closely with the HRBP and Department Heads.
The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the dynamic and rapidly growing company across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and compliance activities.
In such an energetic and fast paced environment it is vital that the successful HR Officer is proactive and passionate about high quality HR service delivery.
The Role
* Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to interview scheduling
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews
* Oversee the onboarding process
* Prepare and delivery induction programs
* Ensure all documentation and compliance checks are completed
* Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues
* Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary action
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Prepare HR reports and metrics as required
* Identify training needs and support the implementation of development programs
The Person
* 3rd Level qualification
* CIPD qualified, or working towards this, would be preferably but not essential
* Minimum of 2-3 years HR experience, preferably within a fast paced environment
* Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
* Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
