Hours of Work: 40 hours per week – 9 -- Full time, permanent
The Role - Responsibilities:
1. As a Senior Talent and HR Coordinator, you will lead and manage a small HR department.
2. Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries
3. Manage offshore team member
4. Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
5. Source potential candidates online and network to find suitable candidates
6. Responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to sifting CVs, coordinating interviews/initial phone screens, assisting with in-person interviews, keeping regular communication with candidates, conducting background checks and facilitating the onboarding process
7. Maintain relationships with recruitment third parties
8. Develop and implement employee engagement programs
9. Assist in performance management systems whilst supporting career development initiatives
10. Conducting exit interviews.
11. General HR duties
12. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
13. Coordinate with the finance team to complete monthly payroll
14. Work with the finance team on payroll updates
15. Maintain accurate employee records
16. Manage HRIS - Breathe
17. Review and refine employee benefits
18. Prepare HR reports for line managers
19. Manage and own all employee queries
20. Lead on organisation of company events
21. Assist to foster a positive work environment
Talent and HR Coordinator Requirements:
22. Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR.
23. Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools (, Applicant Tracking Systems).
24. Ability to multitask
25. Confident to build Stakeholder relationships
26. Managerial experience
27. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
28. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
29. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
