About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you’ll be vital in helping guests create smiles – getting stuck in to give them great dining. You’ll be part of a big team responsible for providing guests with an outstanding experience.
This role will include some split shifts with breakfast and evening dining.
You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training, and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.
You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand high standards.
Reporting to the Director, you’ll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
You’ll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards while being guest-driven and operating efficiently in everything you do.
The role will also involve analyzing KPIs and stock control systems to maximize gross profit margins and adhere to food safety and Health & Safety policies.
You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight the guests. You should be an advocate for your team’s fulfillment at work, ensuring that you are having regular 121's and PDP discussions to support their development and careers.
No two days will be the same, and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting fully involved, and ensuring that the guest's experience is always the number one priority.
About You
We are looking for an individual with prior experience in hospitality, such as a busy restaurant, bar, or retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is important.
You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121's and coaching.
Delivering an amazing experience to guests is the most important part of the role, so you should be passionate about every interaction and should seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
