OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WANTED!
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our client’s team permanently. The Office Admin will be working full-time in the office and working for a fantastic, growing company. The Office Admin must have previous admin experience, good attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities for the Office Admin:
* Liaising with the operation department
* Booking and coordinating visits
* Ensure data is recorded correctly
* Assist with arranging external contractors
* Efficient and effective scheduling of the field service teams and specialist service delivery partners.
* Identify and alert management of events with potentially high business impact or emergency
* Preparation of yearly and 4 weekly work schedules with the ops team
* Liaising with the Customer service team and Site Managers
Skills Required for the Office Admin:
* IT literate and comfortable with planning applications, proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Excel in particular)
* Experience in complex work scheduling
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong organisation skills and eye for detail
