Showforce are looking to add a booking and scheduling coordinator on a fixed term contract for the 2025 events season.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Liaise with Account management team to understand booking requirements for each event
2. Booking event crew onto shifts using the CRM
3. Building relationships with new and existing event crew
4. Book the event crew based on logistics and availability
5. Keeping event crew updated on any shift changes
6. Ensure that crew are aware of their schedules in advance and address any conflicts or issues promptly.
7. Provide solutions to accommodate last-minute changes.
8. Ensure the CRM is up to date and well maintained
Minimum Requirements
1. Previous experience in Admin/booking and scheduling role (Preferred)
2. Experience with CRM (Preferred)
3. Confident phone manner
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work towards deadlines
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
7. Good knowledge of Logistics in London
8. Punctual
9. Strong communication skills
10. Ability to work well in a team
11. Flexible and willing to work out of hours and weekends on call (Rota basis)
