Role Overview: Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will provide first line HR support for the daily HR operations, including the recruitment process, advising staff on HR policy and procedure, and undertaking specific HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and coordinate tasks related to business improvement, recruitment, policies, and HR projects and initiatives.
2. Provide HR administration and system duties and prepare the necessary paperwork.
3. Contribute to HR project schedules and weekly status reports.
Qualifications: You will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy whilst dealing with confidential information, are essential. The role holder will be able to work both independently and in a team, use their own initiative, and have a proactive can-do attitude, with demonstrable knowledge of HR best practices and basic employment law. Experience of using HR database systems would be advantageous.
