Role Responsibility: Customer Service Agent – New Year, New Career Location: Office Based - G4S Contact Centre, Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7ER. Key Responsibilities Answer a variety of inbound enquiries with professionalism, clarity, and accuracy. Communicate effectively and liaise with customers, relative client departments and management. Maintain a high level of empathy and patience, helping customers through challenging and sensitive conversations. Keep accurate and timely records of all communication contacts with customers using our CRM systems. Keep up-to-date with briefs and news articles to remain fully informed with company and legislative changes. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to listen actively and provide accurate and clear responses. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team. IT Skills: Be IT literate, specifically experienced in using Google packages. Ability to maintain accurate customer records and document interactions using our CRM system.
