The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, focusing on permanent placements within the North American Workday ecosystem. This role is dedicated to sourcing, screening, and placing Workday professionals in long-term, career-oriented roles within our North American-based client base. You will work closely with Account Managers and Clients to ensure seamless candidate delivery and an outstanding recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, engage, and qualify Workday professionals for permanent positions in the US & Canada including functional, technical, and project-based roles.
2. Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality professionals for long-term career opportunities.
3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Work closely with Account Managers to understand US & Canadian client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
5. Maintain and develop strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent for permanent roles within the US & Canadian market.
7. Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and negotiate permanent job offers.
8. Stay up to date with Workday market trends, skills, and hiring demands specific to the US.
9. Ensure compliance with all recruitment and data protection policies.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, SaaS, or ERP markets.
2. Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS/ERP platforms is highly desirable.
3. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple permanent vacancies simultaneously.
6. A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting hiring targets and KPIs.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
