* Overseeing Projects: Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, including detailed service specifications, tender documentation, and full contract administration duties.
* Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to deliver integrated and sustainable designs.
* Conducting Surveys: Undertake surveys to assess existing conditions and inform design decisions.
