We are looking for an ERP Programme Manager who is passionate about actively contributing to Liquidline's evolution. This 18 month (minimum) fixed term role will support the company in executing the implementation of a new ERP System while ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
This role will own the project from end to end, including scoping with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (including CE (CRM) and Field Service), through to fully integrated launch. The role will oversee data migration from the current system through to working with the internal team to design and deliver user training.
You will be a skilled negotiator and natural influencer. While the role requires a high degree of IT literacy, the overarching requirement is to take full ownership of the project and support its delivery. The Project Manager should have strong relationship management skills and be prepared to assess and evaluate external parties.
The Role
* Work with the existing IT team and any identified 3rd parties to ensure delivery.
* Work closely with the system providers.
* Build a workable roadmap, based on SMART principles, with clear project milestones.
* Define escalation points for each area of the project.
* Translate technical specifications into language easily understood by various technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Oversee end-to-end testing.
* Take ownership of the Steering Committees; set agendas and chair the committees to ensure timely decision-making to meet project objectives.
* Ensure the project is delivered on time, on specification, and on budget in line with communications and expectations aligned with the senior leadership team.

* Ability to monitor all facets of the project throughout its life cycle.
