Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Customer Success at Ecomtent. The role involves overseeing customer satisfaction and retention, utilizing analytical skills for data-driven decisions, managing accounts, and maintaining effective communication with customers. This role will also require experience in graphics design.
While primarily located in the London Area, the role allows for flexibility with remote work. The role will report directly to the CEO, and has the potential for rapid growth.
