Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen to join us at INTO UEA team as a Finance Officer, supporting the Assistant Management Accountant and Centre Director.
As the Finance Officer for INTO UEA, you will take responsibility for the financial processes for the day-to-day operations within INTO UEA. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and experience across a broad range of finance activities, as well as being part of a team that works hard to make sure everyone feels a valued part of our Commercial Finance Team.
Responsibilities:
* Student Liaison: Responsible for approving the admittance of students at registration, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date, and being the main point of contact for finance queries, building strong relationships with students and being an integral part of their journey through university life.
* Debt Management: Pursue students and sponsors for payment of outstanding balances, validating student refund requests, and responsible for an accurate sales ledger, and producing reports.
* Cash and Treasury Management: Receiving cash, cheques and processing credit card receipts, ensuring accurate allocations to student accounts.
Location: INTO University of East Anglia, Norwich Research Park, Norwich, NR4 7TJ.
