Your new role
Working as a Personal Assistant, you will be offeringprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the Director at a senior level. You will ensure seamless management of daily operations skilfully address intricate and sensitive matters with professionalism and objectivity. Proactively take initiative, particularly in the Director’s absence. Your main responsibilities will include. Managing the Director’s electronic diary, assessing the priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary. Assisting the Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action. Manage the arrangements for management and operational meetings, including production/distribution of an agenda and papers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant. You will be analytically proficient and have exceptional interpersonal andmunication skills, to enable professional interactions with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external to thepany. Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. The ability to work on your own initiative and be able to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain full confidentiality.
