This role is known in business as a Digital Business Consultant Overall Job PurposeTo support and enhance the Team via proactive outbound and inbound calls to engage Advisers in the Vitality product range, whilst working closely with multiple departments to ensure a smooth journey for Advisers.Vitality is currently working on a hybrid working model - you will be expected to work 2 days a week in an office location and 3 days a week remotely within this role. AccountabilitiesCleansing data via the FCA / Company House websites, along with data gathering.Calling advisers and doing soft fact finds to establish their protection background, understanding their knowledge of Vitality, any barriers to selling protection/Vitality and then booking in Training tailored to their individual needs.Answering inbound queries from product to policies.Works across multiple panels and assists in driving the National Account Manager Strategies.Proactive outbound telephone contact.Post event calls to drive further engagement.Responsible for all Adviser daily support and pipeline management.Maintaining and Developing a panel of advisers to promote and use Vitality.Consultative approach to Relationship Manage panel.Training via webinar/TEAMS and our Video Conference Room on all aspects of the Vitality Product Range.Developing relationships to engage the IFA market – purely telephone based role – no face to face engagement, so high skill set necessary in presentation skills, rapport building, mirroring etc.Keep accurate records on our CRM.Need to be highly skilled in Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Training.Skills RequiredEssentialExcellent Excel skills.Multi tasker – need to be able to deal with many advisers queries at the same time, without loss of focus –adviser needs to feel they are the only person you deal with.Quick Learner.Experience in Protection Industry.Administration experience.Presentation skills.RO5 need to be passed before, or in the first 12 months whilst in employment with Vitality.DesirableB2B experience.About UsVitality is an award-winning, dynamic and vibrant financial services provider, with a ground-breaking vision for the future, where individuals are enabled to succeed and are rewarded and recognised for their contribution to our business.
