Depot Engineering Manager - Haydock - Monday to Friday - 07:30 to 17:00

We are looking to strengthen our engineering team with the addition of a Depot Engineering Manager at our depot based in Haydock to carry out the service, refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of our powered access fleet.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise the Powered Access Service Engineers on a day-to-day basis to deliver an excellent service to our customers.
2. Ensure that all requirements for repairs and maintenance are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
3. Provide both technical assistance and support for your team of engineers as well as our customers.
What We Need From You
1. CAP registered/minimum 5 years experience in the powered access industry.
2. Full UK Driving Licence.
3. Previous experience working with Niftylift, Skyjack, Genie, Haulotte, and JLG machines.
4. Experience in estimating repairs to be carried out with a keen eye for detail.
5. Experience in fault finding and diagnostics.
6. Able to read electrical/hydraulic drawings, understanding both systems.
7. Responsibility to keep the fleet compliant and ready for hire.
8. Ability to time manage your team effectively and prioritise work requirements day-to-day.
9. Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
