Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site position as a Customer Sales and Service Executive located in Neyland, Pembrokeshire. As a Customer Sales and Service Executive, you will be responsible for performing sales activities as well as providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate sales records, providing quotes, and following up on leads and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
1. Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
4. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
5. Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
6. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Experience in the Personal Protective Equipment industry is a plus, but not required.
On-the-job training will be provided to successful candidates.
