You’ll be:
1. Working in a call centre environment
2. Making outbound calls to existing customers with the purpose of retaining them
3. Establishing, building, and managing strong long-term customer relationships
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Liaising with various other departments both within the business and third parties
6. Updating relevant information in our customers’ records
7. Delivering first class customer service to customers
