Job Opportunity: Site Foreman
Location: Wakefield
Pay rate: £300 to £360 a day CIS depending on experience

A leading contractor working on multiple UK water authorities' frameworks is looking to bolster their delivery team with a 5-month contract, with the possibility of extension. If you're an experienced Site Foreman, this role involves working on a pumping station in the Wakefield area, overseeing 4 teams and a total of 12 people.
Role Overview:
As a Site Foreman, you'll be reporting directly to the Site Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Site Manager in coordinating the safe management of site activities, ensuring HSQE, programme, and RISK assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and control initial site set-up, actively installing framework systems and procedures alongside the Site Manager.
2. Enforce methods and controls to ensure effective and continuous use of framework resources.
3. Appraise and install security measures for all property under your control.
4. Support the Site Manager in maintaining and enforcing safety standards in accordance with their safety policies.
5. Work to method statements and risk assessments.
6. Ensure compliance with all HS&E policies and procedures.
About You:
1. You have SMSTS certification.
2. CSCS gold card.
3. You're trained in First Aid.
4. Preferably, you're confined space trained.
5. You must have experience within the water industry.
