Due to increased demand for their services, they're looking to bring a Contracts Manager into the team to assist with delivery of their key projects across Essex & the home counties.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site project execution, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and according to quality standards.
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and effective teamwork.
3. Carry out toolbox talks on various sites.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract matters, fostering positive relationships and addressing any contract/project related issues or disputes.
5. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure contract/project terms are clearly understood and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively.
7. Monitor project budgets to ensure cost effectiveness, and reduce surplus expenditure.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a contracts/project management role is essential.
2. 5 years commercial or industrial flooring experience is preferred.
3. Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders & staff at all levels.
4. Microsoft office full suite.
5. Willingness to travel to various project locations.
