About the Role:
As a Senior Network Technician, you will be a vital member of our management team, providing technical support to Field Technicians and ensuring the optimal performance of our sewerage infrastructure. We seek an adaptable candidate with a curious mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, focusing on delivering effective solutions and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading investigations into customer and operational issues within Water Recycling Networks, coordinating solutions with stakeholders.
* Managing resources to minimise service disruptions and pollution.
* Handling severe weather incidents and monitoring asset performance.
* Supporting and coaching field teams in sewerage system maintenance.
* Collaborating with repair teams to reduce repeat blockages and flooding.
* Sharing knowledge across teams to optimise resource use and minimise risks and costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Extensive operational experience in Water Recycling Networks or sewerage processes.
* Strong understanding of Health and Safety standards.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of High Pressure Jetting equipment and confined spaces.
* Flexible approach, including management standby duties.
* Ability to work in confined spaces and at height, with a maximum weight limit of 113 kg due to harness restrictions.
* Analytical skills to fault-find and resolve issues.
