Deputy Service Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Deputy Service Manager to join us in leading our brand new brain injury rehabilitation residential service in Clowne, Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a brand new service opening in April 2024 with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Our Deputy Service Managers will be responsible for:
1. Managing a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
2. Developing and implementing person-centred support plans.
3. Conducting care needs assessments.
4. Recruiting and inducting new colleagues.
5. Completing supervisions/appraisals.
6. Completing medication competencies and medication audits.
7. Attending multi-disciplinary meetings.
8. Completing reports and assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of our service.
You will also take part in the on-call rota (this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service).

We’re interested in our Deputy Service Managers having both the right experience and the right values. Our Deputy Service Manager should have previous experience in a care management role, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries.
