Accounts/ Admin Assistant - No Agencies !!
About the role;
Carrying out the day-to-day administration which will include but not limited to administrative support to the management team
Scheduling meetings
Managing calendars
Issuing quotations
Answering phone calls
Maintaining office supplies and equipment etc.
Day-to-day operations of the office
Ensuring efficient workflow
Developing systems and adherence to established policies and procedures
Organising and filing of all health and safety documentation and including maintaining training records.
Knowledge of general bookkeeping - sales & purchase ledgers, payroll, credit control. (Training will be given)
Previous experience working in Construction is essential

A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
