Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the maintenance and management of school facilities across multiple sites.
* Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
* Coordinate and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks.
* Manage budgets and resources related to facilities management.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with external contractors and service providers.
* Support the school’s operational needs and events.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a school facilities or caretaking role.
* Ability to drive and access to a vehicle, as travel between different school sites is required.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
