Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled candidate to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in a variety of exciting and diverse projects, mainly within the primary and secondary Healthcare sector.
The Role
You will be working closely with and supporting senior members of staff to perform Quantity Surveying and Project Management services, both office and site based.
You will also work closely with other professional services and Client team members to deliver complex healthcare facilities.
Key Skills Required
* Excellent communication and I.T. skills are essential
* Knowledge of document management systems such as 4Projects, would be an advantage
* Knowledge and experience of JCT and NEC Forms of Contract
Experience and Training Required
* A sound construction knowledge with at least 4 years relative experience in a similar role
* Preferably a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, however we will provide support for any relative training requirements including advancement towards professional qualifications.
