Here at settle we are looking for a Communications Partner to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. For this vital role we're looking for an enthusiastic professional to help us communicate the work we do and how we're acting on the things we know are important to our residents, colleagues and partners. Requirements Outline of Key Responsibilities Be a skilled content producer, able to distil complex issues into concise, accurate, compelling messaging across print and digital channels, including social media. Be skilled at developing engaging audio-visual content, able to record/film and edit this yourself or work with external contacts as we increase our inhouse production use of video / audio across the business Build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues across Settle, residents and external partners including journalists, drawing on your skills and expertise to secure their support for activity. Understand and identify opportunities to proactively and reactively tell the story of our work internally and externally, ensuring this all supports delivery of our strategic priorities. Project manage activity you are responsible for and contribute to team plans, collaborating with colleagues to ensure communications are effectively prioritised, delivered to agreed timings and budgets. Listen to and engage colleagues, residents and stakeholders to make sure communications reflect the things we know are important to each group, and what we're doing about them. Support residents and colleagues to ensure their voices are heard across communications, working sensitively to make them feel comfortable and confident about sharing their experiences. Proactively identify risks and mitigations to ensure delivery of successful communications activity. We are looking for someone who is skilled at developing content for a range of channels including social media. a positive role model able to develop strong working relationships to achieve the desired outcomes. experienced working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, able to spot an opportunity and respond quickly to effectively communicate our work. collaborative, with a positive and empathetic approach. has excellent communications skills and a strong eye for detail, focused on ensuring the accuracy of all content you are responsible for.
