Page Group are working with a fantastic business based in South / East Leeds who are looking for a new Customer Service Team Leader to join them.
This role will join a productive and high performing team and offers long term progression opportunities.
Job Description
* Day to day leadership and management of 6 Customer Service Coordinators.
* Ensure the team are provided with support, guidance and clear leadership.
* Conduct regular training, development and 1-2-1's with the team to aid growth and personal development.
* Manage and analyse performance across KPI's & SLA's taking action where and if needed to manage potential issues.
* Provide front line HR support to the team.
* Identify opportunities for improvement around process, procedures and systems to put forward recommendations that will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Provide support to Head of Customer Service on delivery of initiatives, embedding process and procedures and supporting with the business strategy.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience at Team Leader Level or above in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment.
* Strong focus on managing, supporting and developing others.
* Ability to create a positive customer centric culture.
* Focused on driving customer satisfaction.

* Salary of £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
* 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
