We are seeking a proactive, meticulous HR Advisor to join us, supporting our operations across the UK and Ireland. This role offers a 50/50 split between Advisory responsibilities and People Services administration, ensuring a well-rounded contribution to our HR function. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert advice while ensuring smooth execution of HR administrative processes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
HR Advisory (50%)
* Provide timely, accurate and compliant HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures and employment legislation for the UK and Ireland.
* Support employee relations cases such as disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and conflict resolution.
* Guide managers through HR processes such as probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Assist in the implementation of HR policies and maintain compliance with employment law and company standards.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Support change management initiatives, including restructuring, redundancies, and organisational development projects.
* Keep up to date with employment law changes and advise on best practices to ensure compliance.
People Services Administration (50%)
* Support the People Services team with HR administrative processes, including maintaining accurate employee records, contract administration, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
* Handle HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and producing reports to support business decision-making.
* Administer employee benefits, payroll changes, and HR-related documentation.
* Coordinate onboarding administration, offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks.
* Support HR projects such as system implementations, policy updates, and process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation.
* Aid in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR practices.
Who You Are:
If you're an experienced HR Advisor with the ability to run multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer focused approach, then we want to hear from you!
For This Role, You Will Need:
* Current experience in a HR generalist/advisory role, with up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent advisory and coaching skills, able to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in using HRIS systems and producing HR metrics and reports.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or working towards is desirable.
* Experience working within a multi-site environment across the UK and Ireland is advantageous.
